Oh-so-mellow
I love your laid-back jazzy stuff, cheezman. You really do a great job with your stereo enhancement - what mastering system are you using here?
In any case, it came through great on my speakers. Loved the bass.
Keep it up my friend!

For this one I used an Exciter (software) and extreme panning between delay, reverb and the actual sound. Seems like it worked out then. Thanks for your review!
A fine job
Jerrims, the main reason I like your stuff is because it's so clear that you like making it. Keep writing music for the enjoyment - that's how I recommend everyone do it.
Kudos on another great song!
Great job!
Hey, this is very smooth and well put-together. You got exactly the feeling you were going for with your synth sound - I loved it!
Keep up the good work!
Thanks for the review! :)
Very accurate
You have a good ear, MMM. I especially enjoy your Mario RPG re-makes.
Keep up the good work!
Fan-bloody-tastic!
Not only did you get a dead-on cover, but the parts you added were fascinating and pleasant to listen to. Great bass sound .. KILLER bass sound. :-)
Loved it - keep up the good work! You've got one of the only pop submissions rated above mine on newgrounds, but I'm still giving you...
"Thanks for your vote, JackieChan726! You voted 5 for "Axel-F 2007" - Reason3.0, raising its score from 4.67 to 4.75."
I'm glad you enjoyed this "remake" of the classic song. The little additions came from brainstorming and experimenting with the Combinator in Reason 3.0. It's funny that I still watch the movie because of this song. hehehe. Thanks for listening and taking time to write a review.
Okay then
I guess I'm just gonna sit here and review all your stuff, haha.
This loop has Stevie Wonder written all over it. Very original sound - I'd like to hear a full song from you, though.
Keep it up!
Mellooowwwww
Jazzayyyy 8-)
I liked the chord pattern and the brush-snare thing you had going.
Very shmancy - keep it up, nig.
Excellent!
Hey, the sound quality might not be fantastic, but you did this song pretty perfectly. I haven't played the game since I was about 10, and every note of it comes back with your song.
Fascinating choice of video game songs here - it's why I gave you a relatively high originality score for a cover.
I really like your selection here, but it should be said that your technique needs a little work. I might suggest in this song that you don't hold the lower notes in each measure for so long - this will eliminate dissonance with their strong overtones as you move through measure to measure.
I respect your good ear and composition more than I respect technique, anyways. Keep up the good work!
Thank you, alot of tones and music samples from game music nowadays tends to forget some of the older classics and such of that type of style.
My idea is to keep it in a more or less smooth sence, while trying to keep it's originality in tact.
You know...
"Not getting the respect you deserve"? I really liked the song, but it's nothing to take yourself too seriously about, man. It's just a dance beat with a lot of energy - being popular with the Newgrounds demographic doesn't necessarily demend any respect, and if they don't like you, fuck 'em(/us)! And in the end, it's not like any of us are good enough musically to demand real-world respect with our songs - that would just be flattering ourselves.
Like I said, I really enjoyed the song. Your lyrical phrases were great - the intro phrase was very melodic and catchy and the second one got you into the dance beat rhythm. Very clever.
And it was very clever the way you integrated the reggae sound with the eurobeat sound in the intro.
Kudos, and keep up the good work, mate!
Cute
This song was very clever. Your sound quality was ... a bit terrible. But frankly, that's okay, because you actually had (gasp) a melody! The rhythm to it was fiendishly catchy. Very Japanese-sounding.
That's it. Very Japanese-sounding. I'm asian, so I get to say things like this.
Keep it up! :-)
